Presented by:  Bill Burnett, Founder, Sales P.A.R Excellence and Manufacturing P.A.R Excellence

Nobel Laureate Daniel Kahneman discovered that people evaluate experiences like the job interview based on peaks (good or bad) and how the experience ended. In this session, Bill Burnett will show how to leverage the Peak/End phenomenon as you prepare for and deliver an outstanding interview. In this session Bill will cover best practices, including creating interesting stories around your accomplishments and how to skillfully deliver a memorable interview. Additionally, Bill will discuss what psychologists have identified as power question types such as the Counter Factual Hypothetical question. The insight gained from this session will provide you with an edge over competitors and boost your chances of winning the job!

Bill Burnett is currently working with manufacturers to implement a business operating methodology specifically designed to the needs of manufacturers. He has a wealth of operating experience along with international experience having lived in six countries outside the USA. Bill has also worked with local teams in a variety of cultural settings in more than 60 additional countries. Bills experience includes 10 years as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Operations at Diners Club International, and another 5 as Senior Vice President Strategic Initiatives. He has also worked for the US Forest Service, Pittsburg National Bank, Bank of America, Textron, and Citigroup.

Bill has written four books including The Peak Interview: How to Win the Interview and Get the Job, (completing a fifth) and numerous articles.
