About Us: Results

CRC is an organization driven by job candidates’ needs and listens to their feedback and incorporates their recommendations.  Using a creative approach, CRC continually modifies and adjusts services, programs and resources to reflect marketplace demands, technology advances, employer expectations, candidate needs, and the economic environment so we can consistently and effectively deliver high caliber, relevant employment resources.  Embracing best practices and new technology without diminishing the “personal touch” has resulted in a history of successful and satisfied members.

Service Additions

  • Offered 11 new programs including “Build Your Personal Brand” & “Twitter for Job Search”
  • Kept motivation high by ringing the “Victory Bell” to announce each candidate’s employment
  • Added a third advisory consultation room

  • Conducted 1,211 private advisor sessions
  • Offered 97 programs
  • Attended to the needs of job seekers during their 3,050 visits to CRC
  • 5,706 hours of services were donated by volunteers
