- 2009 Budget:
$249,700
Career Resource Center is currently supported by
a diverse group of donors. In general, each year’s expenses
are funded through the same year’s incoming contributions.
In simple terms, that means we are close to a “pay as you go”
organization. Career Resource Center’s greatest financial challenge
and thus vulnerability is raising sufficient revenue to not only fund
current services and operations but to also expand and modify services
to meet the needs of a constantly changing marketplace, client base
and technological advances.
CRC relies on the talent and education of its one hundred fifteen
plus volunteers who deliver services and handle operations. Because
of their contribution, CRC is able to leverage every dollar received
in support to client services.
- Current funding sources:
CRC is funded by foundations, corporations, religious and
community organizations, as well as benefactors, Board members and
alumni.

An investment in Career Resource Center will not only make a difference
in someone’s life, but will help provide an economic stimulus
so necessary to revive our economy.
Returning just one individual to the work force has a long-term impact
to his/her community due to the multiplier effect of that newly employed
worker’s spending in the local economy.
The Center operates solely on voluntary contributions. In addition to
financial support, donations of office supplies, computers and resource
materials are greatly appreciated. (See wish
