Paula Moscinski, Executive Coach and owner of Innerconnections, LLC, is a professional certified coach with advanced coaching skills as a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. Throughout her career as a leadership coach, consultant and trainer, she has built an impressive repertoire of leadership training programs, tools and assessments. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Advocate Healthcare. She earned an MA in organizational behavior and psychology from the University of Kansas.
