2011 continued to be a year of troubling economic times.  CRC continued to quickly respond to the changing employment market by implementing the following additions/modifications with the goal of keeping candidates engaged in their job search:

• Added 2 new advisors
• Increased advisor hours, often doubling their hours of commitment
• Established an advanced Linkedin program

2010 Accomplishments

• 4545 visitor/member encounters
• 1386 – advisory sessions
• 5322 volunteer hours logged

Employment Success:

• 74% listed themselves as currently working
• 59% were more satisfied with their new job than their previous job

Benefits Affirmed:

• 76% said CRC had a positive impact on their job search
• 65% continue to apply the knowledge/skills they acquired at CRC
• 92% would recommend CRC to others
