In 2012, CRC rose to the continued challenging employment market by implementing additions and modifications with the goal of enhancing the process of securing employment and keeping candidates engaged in their job campaigns.

- Electronic distribution of job opportunities
- Programs offered at offsite locations
Talent Acquisition
- Five new Board Members
- Twelve new volunteers

2012 Accomplishments
- Conducted 1,487 private advisor sessions
- Offered 127 programs
- Attended to the needs of job seekers during their 4,298 visits to CRC
- 5,542 hours of services were donated by volunteers
